  • 1 (8 oz.) box large pearl tapioca
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello
  • 2 to 3 sliced bananas, sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1 pt. sliced strawberries
  • 2 c. green grapes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained

    Put tapioca and water in a 4-quart pan.

    Cover.

    Let soak 3 hours.

    You might have to add more water.

    Cook tapioca and water over low/medium heat (until most of the tapioca is soft and transparent.

    You want some white tapioca).

    Stir constantly.

    Turn off heat.

    Add box of jello.

    Stir well.

    Remove from heat.
