- 12 frog's legs
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 parsley sprigs, chopped
- dried breadcrumbs (fine)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- oil
Directions

1Preheat oven at 375°F.

2Remove skin from frog legs. Wash and drain.

3Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to frog legs.

4Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add chopped parsley.

5Soak frog legs in the eggs.

6Roll frog legs in bread crumbs

7Add enough oil to a large pan to allow for frying. Fry frog legs in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
