Ingredients
- 3 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 2 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. crab boil or seafood seasoning mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick butter
- 12 ears corn, shucked
- 3 lb. raw shrimp in the shell
Directions

1Fill large kettle or Dutch oven with 2 gallons water.

2Add sausage, lemons, onion, crab boil, salt and pepper.

3Bring to a boil; simmer 45 minutes.

4Add butter.

5When butter has melted, add corn; cook for 5 minutes.

6Add shrimp and cook for about 8 minutes or until shrimp are pink.

7Drain liquid and serve on large platter.

8Let each guest take some sausage and corn, then peel their own shrimp.

9Serves 8 to 10.
