- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/3 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white syrup
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix all ingredients with the exception of the chocolate chips. Let this come to a rapid boil and boil exactly one minute.

2Do not boil any longer or frosting will get too hard.

3After boiling, take off heat and add chocolate chips and stir until all chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

4Pour over brownies that have cooled.
