- 6 lemons
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 c. sugar
- mint sprigs
Directions

1Grate rind from 2 lemons.

2Slice them in half and juice them. Combine rind, juice and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into a chilled ice tray or shallow pan and slowly add half and half.

3Stir constantly until well blended.

4Freeze 2 hours.

5Cut remaining lemons in half lengthwise, removing juice and pulp.

6(Save for another purpose.)

7Fill each half with lemon cream.

8Serve at once with mint garnish.
