- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp. cold water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Combine egg white, water, salt and spices; beating until foamy.

2Gradually add sugar, 1 teaspoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

3Dip pecan halves, one at a time, into the egg white mixture.

4Place pecan halves 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 275° for 40 to 45 minutes.

6Store in an airtight container. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
