  • 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1 pt. lemon sherbet
  • 1 c. blueberries (optional)

    Sprinkle on 3/4 cup coconut.

    Top with sherbet and scatter on remaining coconut. Garnish with blueberries.
