- 12 cup semisweet chocolate morsel
- 13 cup hot water
- 12 teaspoon coffee (like Nescafe)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 13 cup soft butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
Directions

1Melt the chocolate over hot water.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in and set aside the hot water and nescafe.

4Combine 1 cup of confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla and salt and beat till fluffy.

5Add, mixing well after each addition, 3 cups confectioners' sugar alternately with chocolate mixture.

6Frosts: 3 dozen cookies, but not all of it may be used.
