Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. orange sections
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. fresh peaches
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. 1
    Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese together in a mixing bowl; combine with diced orange sections, diced peaches, pineapple, nuts and cherries.

    Whip cream and fold into fruit mixture.

    Pour into mold or Pyrex dish and place in freezer for 3 hours or until frozen.

    Unmold and serve.
