  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) can canned peaches, drained, liquid reserved, 1 tbl
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon reserved peach juice
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.

    Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.

    Chop peaches and stir into the butter and sugar mixture.

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Pour into pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.

    Remove loaf from pan.

    Cool completely on wire rack.

    When cooled, spread glaze over it.
