   In a bowl, combine the oil and chocolate chips.

   Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes or until the chocolate melts.

   Stir in peanut butter.

   Pour the mixture over Crispix cereal in a large bowl.

   Place confectioners sugar into a gallon-size plastic bag. Shake to coat bag.

   Then add coated cereal and close bag tightly. Shake bag until cereal is coated.

   Refrigerate in airtight container.
