- 2 c. crisp graham crackers (1 pkg.)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
Directions

1Mix cracker crumbs and butter.

2Press into bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

4Beat egg whites and vanilla slightly in large bowl.

5Gradually beat in sugar and berries.

6Beat at high speed 12 to 15 minutes.

7Mixture is fluffy and has large volume.

8Fold in whipped cream; spread over crumb crust.
