- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 20 crushed graham crackers
- 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix crackers, margarine and sugar together; put half of crust in buttered 6 x 11-inch baking dish.

2Cream the cheese (should be at room temperature); add sugar and stir well.

3Add well beaten egg yolks and whipped cream.

4Fold in beaten egg whites to which salt has been added.

5Pour over crust and cover with remaining crust.

6Freeze.

7This recipe can be doubled and placed in 9 x 13-inch pan.
