- 4 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
- 1 container (48 oz.) chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup PLANTERS Almonds, toasted, chopped
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Line 3-qt.

2freezerproof bowl with plastic wrap; set aside.

3Chop half the chocolate.

4Add to ice cream, nuts and apricots in separate bowl; mix well.

5Spoon into lined bowl; press firmly into bowl.

6Smooth top; cover with foil.

7Freeze overnight.

8Place wire rack over rimmed baking sheet.

9Remove foil from ice cream; invert onto rack.

10Remove bowl and plastic wrap.

11Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; pour over ice cream.

12Spread to evenly cover ice cream.

13Transfer to freezerproof serving plate; freeze 30 min.
