- 1 pt. half and half cream
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut corn from the ears.

2Place in a roaster pan with the butter and cream.

3Mix well.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Stir every 15 minutes.

6Cool and put into containers.
