- 12 c. corn
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
Directions

1Cut raw corn off the cob.

2Measure and put in a heavy pot; add butter and water.

3Start heating on low until butter melts, then increase heat and bring to a slow boil.

4Boil 15 minutes. Set off heat and cool by setting pot in ice water or overnight in refrigerator.

5When corn is cold, fill freezer boxes and freeze. No salt!
