  • 12 c. corn
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine

Directions

    Cut raw corn off the cob.

    Measure and put in a heavy pot; add butter and water.

    Start heating on low until butter melts, then increase heat and bring to a slow boil.

    Boil 15 minutes. Set off heat and cool by setting pot in ice water or overnight in refrigerator.

    When corn is cold, fill freezer boxes and freeze. No salt!
