  • 18 to 20 chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/3 c. chopped, toasted cashews

    Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter until well mixed. Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumbs into 12 foil muffin cups.
