  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Directions

    Mix condensed milk, cream cheese and Cool Whip together.

    Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Add coconut and pecans; cook to golden brown.

    Pour caramel topping over filling, then top with browned coconut and pecans.

    Store in freezer.
