Frozen Fruit Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

    Drain pineapple and cherries.

    Quarter cherries and dice bananas.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Fill muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups.

    Freeze until firm.

    Store in plastic bags.

    Just before serving, remove paper liners and invert cups on lettuce leaf.

    Makes 18 (2 1/2-inch) cups.
