Frozen Fruit Cups

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) container strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions

    Thaw berries and blend smooth in food processor or blender.

    In large bowl, mix together pineapple, banana, yogurt and nuts.

    Add strawberries and sugar.

    Spoon into 12 paper lined muffin cups. Freeze.

    When frozen, remove from muffin pan and place in freezer bag, if desired.

    Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Makes 12.
