- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
- 3 bananas, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and pour into cupcake pans with paper liners.

3Store in plastic bags.

4Remove from freezer and place on a lettuce leaf about 5 to 10 minutes before ready to eat so they can thaw a bit.
