Ingredients: 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in juice; 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese; 2 (10 ounce) jars maraschino cherries, without stems drained and halved; 1 (10 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows, halved; 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping; 2 (9 inch) chocolate cookie pie crust (the store bought cookie crumb kind)

In a large bowl, beat pineapple and cream cheese at high speed until combined.

At low speed beat in cherries and marshmallows .

Slowly beat in whipped topping.

Divide the mixture between the two crusts; cover and freeze 24 hours.
