  • 24 marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. frozen drained strawberries, crushed
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

    Combine marshmallows and strawberry juice in saucepan; heat slowly until smooth and fluffy.

    Chill.

    Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together.

    Blend in fruit and marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream.

    Place in refrigerator tray and freeze.
