Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2/3 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 21 oz. peach or cherry pie filling
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pt. whipped topping, thawed

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine milk and pie filling.

    Add oranges, pineapple and nuts.

    Gently fold in whipped topping.

    Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cover and freeze.

    Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

    Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce lined plates if desired.

    Yields 12 to 15 servings.
