Frozen Fruit Slush

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Warm Water
  • 2 cups Sugar (can Be Cut Back To 1/2 To 3/4 Cup)
  • 1 can (12 Oz.) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 1 can 64 Oz Pineapple Juice
  • 4 pints Frozen Sweetened Strawberries
  • 1 can 20 Oz Crushed Pineapple Or Tidbits In Juice
  • 2 cans 15 Oz Peach Slices Cut In Small Pieces With Juice
  • 4 whole Large Bananas Sliced And Cut (use 4-6)
  • 1 bunch Large Bunch Grapes, Sliced (optional)
  • 1 jar 8 Oz Maraschino Cherries (optional) Do Not Add Syrup

Directions

    Mix water and sugar until sugar desolves. Add juices and fruit. Also add the juices from the peaches and pineapple. Freeze overnight or 4 to 8 hours stirring a few times after mixture has begun to freeze. This keeps fruit mixed in and to avoid fruit from rising to the top.

    This can be dipped direct from the freezer for an icy treat or put into a blender for a wonder smoothie.

    I use a 3 gallon storage container to make it. It fills it about 3/4 full.

    The kids love this both as an icy treat or as a drink.
