Frozen Fruit Squares

  • 1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 c. shredded coconut

Directions

    The night before serving, combine marshmallows with sour cream and refrigerate overnight.

    Marshmallows will partially melt in sour cream.

    The next day, combine banana, fruit cocktail and coconut.

    Toss lightly together; do not crush.

    Fold in marshmallow mixture.

    Turn into 2 freezing trays and chill at least 1 hour.

    Do not freeze solid.

    Cut into squares or scoop into sherbet glasses.
