- 1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 c. shredded coconut
Directions

1The night before serving, combine marshmallows with sour cream and refrigerate overnight.

2Marshmallows will partially melt in sour cream.

3The next day, combine banana, fruit cocktail and coconut.

4Toss lightly together; do not crush.

5Fold in marshmallow mixture.

6Turn into 2 freezing trays and chill at least 1 hour.

7Do not freeze solid.

8Cut into squares or scoop into sherbet glasses.
