Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

  • 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 small can canned milk
  • 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix potatoes and 3/4 can of crumbled onion rings.

    Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes.

    Melt margarine and pour on top of potatoes.

    Sprinkle rest of onions on top.

    Bake at 375° in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
