Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. unsweetened Dutch process cocoa
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 3/4 c. low fat 1% milk
Directions

1Combine cocoa and sugar in a saucepan.

2Stir enough milk in to form a smooth paste.

3Then stir in all but 2 tablespoons remaining milk.

4Stir over low heat until mixture is warm and sugar is dissolved.

5Pour into a shallow pan or ice cube trays.

6Cover well and freeze for at least 6 hours.

7Place chunks into a food processor bowl fitted with a steel blade.

8Process with remaining 2 tablespoons milk until no lumps remain and mixture is thick and light in color.

9Serve at once in frosted goblets as spoon drink or scrape into a bowl with cover and refrigerate overnight.

10Scoop out and serve frozen.

11Yields 6 to 7 servings.
