- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

2Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet so they don't touch.

3Freeze until hard, 3 hours or longer.

4Quickly remove frozen meatballs and store in a plastic container or bag.

5When ready to use, place frozen meatballs in oil and brown all over.

6Transfer to crock-pot and cook with barbecue sauce (one bottle of Ken Davis is best) for 2 hours.
