- 1 pt. cream
- 1 1/2 c. small mints (pastel colors)
- 1 pkg. (24) Hydrox cookies
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions

1Crush the mints.

2Whip the cream and fold in mints.

3Crush Hydrox cookies; add butter and powdered sugar.

4Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

5Save some to sprinkle on top.

6Spread on cream and mint mixture.

7Sprinkle top with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze until hard.

8Make the day before you need it.
