  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 16 oz. can frozen orange juice or tangerine juice concentrate, thawed

    In a small bowl, combine eggs, water, nonfat dry milk and salt; beat with electric or rotary beater until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and concentrate, beating until thick and lemon colored.
