  • 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cream, lightly whipped
  • 4 x 55g eggs, separated, whites whipped stiffly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • Topping
  • Raspberries or strawberries

Directions

    Beat the Philly* until smooth, beat in cream and egg yolks, fold in remaining ingredients.

    Pour mixture into a 23cm fluted ring tin and freeze until firm.

    Invert onto serving dish and decorate with berries.
