- 8 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 extra large onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 1/4 cup white sugar
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, onions and salt and refrigerate two or more hours.

2Drain off liquid and add vinegar and sugar.

3Put in desired containers and freeze.

4Makes about six pints.

5Defrost and enjoy.
