- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (optional)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
- 24 graham cracker squares
Directions

1Gradually add milk to peanut butter in bowl, blending until smooth.

2add pudding mix.

3With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Can also use hand whisk.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick on 12 of the graham cracker squares.

6Top with remaining squares, pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with spatula.

7Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.

8Sandwiches can be stored, wrapped, in freezer 3 to 4 days.
