Ingredients

  • 6 c. sugar
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 4 pkg. (3 oz) gelatin (strawberry)
  • 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 1/2 oz. almond extract
  • 2 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled

Directions

    Make syrup of sugar and boiling water.

    Add gelatin to hot syrup.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Cool syrup.

    Mix in lemonade, orange juice, pineapple juice, water and almond extract.

    Freeze. Thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours, before serving.

    When ready to serve add ginger ale.
