  • 1 pt. heavy cream, beaten with 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten with 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1 bottle Rafetto's raspberry Melba sauce

Directions

    Fold beaten cream and egg whites together.

    Add raspberry Melba sauce by gently folding into beaten mixture.

    Pour into ungreased mold.

    Cover with Saran and foil wrap and freeze. Unmold and garnish.
