- 1 pt. heavy cream, beaten with 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 2 egg whites, beaten with 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1 bottle Rafetto's raspberry Melba sauce
Directions

1Fold beaten cream and egg whites together.

2Add raspberry Melba sauce by gently folding into beaten mixture.

3Pour into ungreased mold.

4Cover with Saran and foil wrap and freeze. Unmold and garnish.
