- 4 cups ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup lemon vodka
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions

1Pour grapefruit juice into a 9-by 12-inch nonreactive glass baking pan.

2Place in the freezer.

3Freeze 6 to 7 hours, or until almost solid but still somewhat slushy.

4While juice is freezing, rake with a fork every hour or so to develop large, snow cone-like crystals.

5To serve, use an ice cream scoop, and scoop into glasses.

6Pour 1 ounce of vodka over each ball.

7Garnish with mint and serve.
