  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 c. (small carton) heavy whipping cream

Directions

    Cream together cream cheese and sugar and then add pineapple and maraschino cherries.

    Whip heavy whipping cream and fold into the mixture.

    Put in a 9-inch square glass pan or dish and freeze. Take out about 1/2 hour before serving.
