- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. pineapple yogurt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Blend together (in blender) cream cheese, yogurt and sugar. Stir in pineapple.

2Spoon into 12 paper baking cups in muffin tins.

3Cover and freeze.

4Before serving, remove paper cups from salad.

5Arrange on lettuce leaves and top with nuts, if desired. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
