- 2 qt. cukes, peeled or not
- 2 peppers
- 3 medium onions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
Directions

1Combine the sugar, vinegar and celery seed; warm just to dissolve sugar.

2Do not boil.

3Sprinkle the kosher salt over cukes, peppers and onions; let stand 2 hours, then drain.

4Pour liquid into jars over cukes, peppers and onions.

5Makes 4 or 5 pints.

6Put in freezer.

7Thaw to use.
