  • 16 large tomatoes (do not peel, but clean and core)
  • 4 green peppers or 4 large carrots, shredded
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. parsley flakes

    Combine all ingredients in large pan; cook until soft.

    Let cool, then puree mixture in a blender.

    Bag and freeze.
