- 1/4 liter yoghurt
- 2 egg white
- 50 grams vanilla sugar
- 1 any flavour you like

1Stir together curd cheese, yoghurt and sugar

2In another bowl whisk stiff egg whites

4strawberries, banans...)

5Fold in egg white

6Put it into a box and place in freezer for about 3 hours.

7To serve, quickly mix through with hand mixer (on 2nd stage)
