Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped left over meat (steak, pork chops, chicken, turkey, etc)
  • 2 cups cubed potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen English peas
  • 12 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute onions in oil for 2 or 3 minutes.

    Add cubed potatoes, seasonings and water and smother until potatoes are almost done-- about 15 minutes.

    Add chopped meat and frozen English peas and simmer until heated through.
