- 1 c. water or drained fruit juice
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 medium Cool Whip
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Use fruit desired, 20 ounces apricots, blueberries or strawberries (fresh, frozen or canned).

2Use 1/3 cup sugar (if desired).

3Cut or crumble angel food cake in oblong pan.

4Spread prepared pudding over this and spread Cool Whip over top of cake and pudding.
