- 1 (8 oz.) can peach halves
- 1/2 small banana
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. ice cubes
Directions

1In a blender, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.

2Cover and blend until smooth.

3Add ice cubes and blend until frothy.

4Makes 1 1/4 cups (2 servings).

5One serving = 1 fruit exchange and 1/2 milk exchange.
