- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
- 1 (17 oz.) can apricots
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (15 oz.) can spiced apple rings
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. dry sherry
Directions

1The night before, drain all fruit.

2Pour into 2-quart square pan.

3In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar, cornstarch and sherry. Cook on low until thick and smooth.

4Pour over fruit and let set overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Serve immediately. Serves 10.
