  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs (unbeaten)
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. candied pineapple
  • 1 c. red and green candied cherries

Directions

    Spread nuts in bottom of an 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Pour batter made from margarine, brown sugar, eggs and flour, over nuts.

    Sprinkle the candied pineapple and candied cherries on top of batter.

    Bake for 1 hour at 275°.
