- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. raisins, nuts and dates
Directions

1Crush fruit with juice in blender.

2I prefer canned apricots. Dissolve soda in fruit and add quickly to dry ingredients.

3Blend in oil, raisins, nuts and dates.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

5Makes 4 midget loaves.
