  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

    Add flour, soda and salt alternately with fruit cocktail.

    Mix well.

    Spread into large greased cookie sheet with 1-inch sides. Top with coconut and nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
