- 5 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 11 eggs
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 lb. English walnuts
- 1 lb. citron (candied)
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1/2 lb. pineapple (candied)
- 1/2 lb. cherries (candied)
- 2 lb. mixed fruit (candied)
- 1 grated coconut
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and sugar.

2Cream margarine and flour with hand.

3Beat egg whites and fold into eggs and sugar.

4Add to flour mixture and mix well.

5Use part of flour on fruits and nuts.

6Mix fruits and nuts with batter.

7Bake in tube pan lined with well-greased brown paper.

8Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250°.

9Makes 2 cakes.
